Awwww, thanks for asking!

The *best* way to help make sure the property you move to acknowledges your Social Earth agent as your referral source is to:

1) Make sure your agent is able to send a quick email to the property before you make any contact with the property or create an account on the property's website

2) When you fill out your application, choose the "Locator" or "Real Estate Agent" option in the referral section, and if it allows you to fill in the name, please note your agent's name and "Social Earth."

Even if you come across a place on your own, your agent is still a great resource to have. They can run comparables & help confirm its a good move. We can assist with the application process and stay in contact with the leasing office to ensure a smooth approval. Keeping your Apartment Locator in the loop before contacting a property snd listing your Apartment Locator as the referral on your application wherever you end up is a huge help to your agent in our 100% commission-based line of work.

As Licensed Real Estate Agents, we're legally unable to share specific safety, school, and demographic information (Fair Housing Act).

That said, there are ways to express your needs and wants that do not violate fair housing laws. As your agent gets to know you and your preferences better, we'll work to find you a spot that matches your criteria and is in a part of town that you're excited about!

In order to best serve our clients, we only actively work with you once your move-in day is within about 60 days.
