Although it's a great way to meet people and to get paid to get fit walking all over the property (over and over)-- and it's just part of the job--it's still always nice to end a tour with a lease. It is both fulfilling for you and the client whose next home you've just helped them find. After all, that's what we all hope to offer through our work: value. When we and our prospects give time to tour a property and it doesn't work out, it is often less than ideal.
