Another tour but no lease?
Although it's a great way to meet people and to get paid to get fit walking all over the property (over and over)-- and it's just part of the job--it's still always nice to end a tour with a lease. It is both fulfilling for you and the client whose next home you've just helped them find. After all, that's what we all hope to offer through our work: value. When we and our prospects give time to tour a property and it doesn't work out, it is often less than ideal.

You can likely think of many tours that ended with you knowing the prospects would not apply at your property, or maybe they tried applying and didn't get approved. If they aren't already working with a Locator, instead of those potential future leads leaving empty-handed, let them know y'all refer people to a team of experienced licensed real estate agents that offer free help finding the best deals currently available that match their criteria. By doing this, you may enrich their experience at your property by offering something of possible value to them, *and* if they lease through us, you will get a nice thank you from us!
