As long as the property you choose works with real estate agents (almost all of them do), we should be able to offer you a Social Earth Credit™ of at least $150.

Ask your agent for more details on the Social Earth Credit™ amounts for a specific property and/or properties outside of your Top Matches Lists.

To receive the Social Earth Credit™, Social Earth Locating (and/or your agent's name) must be the listed referral source on your application and must be confirmed as the referral source by the property. 

In order for Social Earth to be your rightful referral source, it is important we make first contact with the property on your behalf before you've reached out to them or stopped by. We do this by emailing the property your "guest card" information, which includes basic information like your name, how many bedrooms you need, when you're looking to move, your desired budget, whether you have pets, etc. 

When you're ready to submit an application at the property of your choice, when you are asked how you heard about the property, make sure to select the "Locator" or "Real Estate Agent" option. If the referral section allows you to, type in your Social Earth agent's name.

This is a property-by-property situation and is often not an issue. It ultimately depends on whether the property accepts us as your referral source. Your agent can help you out if you have any more questions regarding your specific situation.

If your existing agent is doing a good job, providing rapid response times, and presenting you with relevant options & details; we recommend continuing to give them an opportunity to come through with the right spot by providing additional detailed communication with why the properties they've sent you so far are not ideal. Reiterate the key items you’re looking for in your next apartment. 

If you’re unhappy with your current locator at the other locating company, we are happy to assist you and will work hard until we find the right place. Please keep in mind in order for us to be your referral source, the property you choose will need to acknowledge us as so. 

If your previous agent already sent your “guest card” information to the property you end up leasing, the property may not honor Social Earth as your referral source, especially if your previous locator already set up a tour for you at that property. Feel free to chat with your Social Earth agent if you have any questions regarding your specific situation.

Yes, as long as the business offers gift cards to be purchased online, there shouldn't be an issue.
