Usually, well before you submit your application, your Social Earth Agent will already know where you've decided to apply. Make sure we are the first to contact properties for you. We will send them an email before you've connected with you--even with a phone call.

This helps big-time on the back end to ensure we are acknowledged as your referral and able to be compensated for our time and efforts (and it enables us to send you a gift card)!

When you're filling out the application to your next apartment, there will be a section asking who referred you to the property. 

Make sure to type in Social Earth Locating, or select the "Locator"/"Real Estate Agent" option. 

Make sure your Social Earth locator has the information we need in order to close things up on our end with the property. 

What we'll need:

1) Your lease start date

2) Unit #

3) Base rent rate

4) Lease term

*We purchase and send out gift cards within 2-3 days after receiving payment from the property you leased. (Properties usually pay apartment locators 30-90+ days after the client started the lease.)
