This is one of the nicest perks about our Referral Agent positions. We handle everything related to invoicing, so you can focus on closing more deals (or laying out at Barton Springs).

Figuring out who and how to invoice, sending W9s and COIs (Certificate of Insurance), creating vendor portals, signing up for third-party vendor credentialing websites and paying vendor fees (yes, many property management companies make brokerages pay an annual vendor fee), staying on top of the constantly changing management and ownership of all the properties (often restarting the invoicing process), following up on invoices, receiving and depositing payments, etc.

We provide an efficient and transparent tool to keep track of every deal you've won and where it's at in the invoicing process. 

Transparency is important to us. This is why we've created this portal into our accounting backend, allowing you to see the date invoices go out, the date we receive payments, and you'll always know the day to expect your payments with our bi-weekly D-Days (Deposit Days).

This same commission-tracking resource is a great place to get a breakdown of your monthly, quarterly, and YTD sales metrics like your gross and net sales, average invoice amount, and more.

We're an approved vendor with a expansive list of property management companies, and we add more every week.
